This is a sneak peek of what’s coming to my Etsy this Friday!!!!

I am very very very excited to announce the release of my very first ever illustrated story: “I meant to write you a love letter…”.

This book took months to complete, and it is by far my favorite thing to have ever worked on. I’ve never had children, but I’m convinced this is what it (probably) feels like. It is 20 full-color pages filled with a very strange love letter that I wrote for you (yes ,you). There will be only 10 copies of this book, so each copy will be signed and numbered and packaged with all my love. I am so very excited to see who will give each one a home.

Along these amazing news, I am also very happy to announce the release of our 2012 calendar!

You’ve seen me collaborate with my very talented friend Laura Alvarez before, but now it’s time for you to see our work all year round! From The Bronx to San Juan (and Boston) we worked like crazy to make this calendar the best calendar ever. We really do hope you like it.

This is my etsy shop

I finally caved in and made prints of my art. I just made one of each to try things out but I don’t think I’d like to make more. I like the idea of my art being accessible to everyone but I don’t like the idea of mass producing something that means so much to me. Does that make sense? I have some of those in a larger size too and I will upload them soon. I’ve had them for a while now but I couldn’t bear to bring myself to put them in the shop. I’ve always said putting a price on my art seems ridiculous but I have to make ends meet just like everybody else and I’m sort of struggling over here.So, if you’d like ,go check them out and help a fellow human out.
